Why she’s a Brick Sandwich Woman of the Week:
She’s known for her sex appeal (Playboy’s Playmate of the Year – 1994), but she doesn’t take herself too seriously. While she was a spokesperson for Candies® shoes, one of the ads featured her wearing the shoes while sitting on the toilet, her underwear resting at her ankles.

Later, when her son Evan was diagnosed with Autism, Jenny went into “Warrior Mother” mode, doing turning into an activist and tirelessly searching for a cure. She’s used her celebrity to bring attention to the potential dangers of vaccines. She’s raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for Autism research.

Recently, during an interview on Oprah, Jenny shared that despite being the girlfriend of a huge celebrity (Jim Carrey), she continued to maintain her independence, even after moving in with him: she never sold her house and she kept working. She cautioned other women against giving up their independence for a relationship.  When they broke up, she went through an exercise to help her learn something from the experience: She wrote down everything she felt that her partner did "wrong" in the relationship - "__________ did this, "__________ did that". After she was done, she replaced his name with her own and began to take responsibility for her part in the demise of the relationship.

Personal Quotes:

"My philosophy of dating is to just fart right away."
"Because they've either conveniently forgotten with time or they're trying to be supportive, most mothers won't tell you how hard pregnancy (and then childbirth) can be. Let me tell you, it is. It's brutal sometimes! But, if I did it, ANYONE can do it. I mean, I always knew I was meant to do something really BIG in life, and now I know that this was it. Screw winning an Academy Award someday ... I GAVE BIRTH!"
